The splicing method of acrylic box

Usually acrylic boxes are used for storage, display and packaging products, etc. Such as:acryic shoe box, acrylic flower box, acrylic candy box, acrylic cosmetic box, acrylic tissue box, etc. The commonly used acrylic boxes are mostly square. In order to make the acrylic box, the acrylic board needs to be cut and spliced. According to the different size and thickness requirements, the splicing method of the acrylic box is also different.

Common acrylic box splicing methods are:

1. Hot bending

Generally, when a customer customizes an acrylic box, the technician will ask the customer’s specific requirements for the angle of the box splicing. If there are no special requirements, the surrounding areas of the box will be hot-bent. The acrylic box that is subjected to hot-bending processing is integrally formed around it, and the overall effect of the product is more rounded and beautiful. This acrylic box splicing method is mostly suitable for packaging and display. class products.

2. Straight stick

Acrylic boxes made by direct bonding method may have errors in product size. In the process of splicing acrylic sheets in different parts, the thickness of the acrylic sheets needs to be considered. This type of method is mostly used for multiple pasting inside the box to separate different areas, such as acrylic storage boxes and acrylic cosmetic boxes.

3. V word splicing

When the customer puts forward certain requirements for the splicing of the box in detail, it is generally recommended that the customer use this method for processing. The specific operation of the V-shaped splicing method is: after the customized size is approved, select an acrylic sheet of a certain thickness, cut it obliquely, and the specific angle is 45°, and then splicing and pasting between different cut surfaces. The acrylic box using this splicing method has clear edges and corners, and has a strong sense of craftsmanship and is more three-dimensional. The disadvantage is that this method is cumbersome to operate, and the labor cost is high. In addition, there are certain requirements for the thickness of the board, which will increase the production cost.
